Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are considered final. No return, refund, exchange, or cancellation rights are presumed, implied, or guaranteed unless expressly approved by Legacy & Laurel in its sole discretion.

While returns are generally not accepted, we may, on a case-by-case basis, consider return requests under exceptional circumstances. Any decision to accept a return shall be made solely at our discretion and shall not establish any obligation or precedent for future transactions.

All return requests must be submitted in good faith and must include a clear explanation of the circumstances giving rise to the request. Requests based on buyer's remorse, a change of mind, personal preference, subjective opinions regarding appearance, color, scale, or suitability for a particular space, or circumstances unrelated to the condition or authenticity of the item are unlikely to be approved.

Many of the items offered by Legacy & Laurel are antiques, vintage pieces, fine art, or other age-related works. Buyers acknowledge that such items may exhibit signs of age, use, wear, patina, minor imperfections, restorations, repairs, craquelure, variations in materials, manufacturing irregularities, or other characteristics consistent with their age, history, and craftsmanship. Such characteristics are considered part of the item's nature and value and shall not constitute grounds for return, refund, or cancellation.

Buyers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions, condition reports, and other information provided prior to purchase and to request additional information if needed before completing a transaction.

If a return is authorized, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with no alterations, repairs, damage, or loss of accompanying materials. The buyer may be responsible for return shipping, insurance, handling fees, and any costs associated with the return unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Legacy & Laurel reserves the right to deny any return request that, in its judgment, is not made in good faith, is inconsistent with this policy, or otherwise lacks sufficient justification.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Returns & Refunds Policy.
